Welcome to scientific recipes, the home of scientific eating and living. First, I would like to express how excited I am to partner with Symptometry Root Cause Therapeutics to bring you delicious recipes for their groundbreaking science-based diet known as “Scientific eating.”
I am Yvette Dean, a certified Symptometry health coach. A Symptometry health coach teaches health and longevity through the nourishment and well-being of the living cells. Scientific recipes and Symptometry root cause therapeutics have come together to bring health-conscious individuals a better way of taking care of their health.
Why do we need a scientific diet? In today’s world, our health is our most valued asset. However, most individuals do not know how to take care of their health until now.
Most people believe that being healthy is being on a special diet, like a vegetarian, raw foodist, vegan, or fruitarian. However, these types of diets does not necessarily promote the long-term health of the living cells.
Symptometry has confirmed that nutrition has two sides. a) An upside that highlights the nutrients in foods and beverages and b) a downside where both nutrients and health disruptors lay.
Foods like kale, spinach, nuts, and seeds are all considered superfoods that promote nutrition, not cell nourishment. There is a difference. I recommended reading the book titled “The Downside of Nutrition.” The untold truths about the foods we Love” by Dr. Maxwell Nartey.
This book explains how the downside of our favorite foods is keeping us in a state of disease from underlying health conditions caused by cell neglect. Most individuals are unaware of what health is. What is health? The American School of Symptometry defines health as the reward that the totality of our cells bestows on a person who succeeds in aligning the desires of their mind with the needs of the cells.”
